About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Technical Support Engineer with a proven record of accomplishment in a technical field to join our Support Success Organization. You will be responsible for ensuring customer success and satisfaction with our products by diagnosing technical issues, resolving customer problems, collaborating with engineering teams, and contributing to knowledge base documentation.
Requirements & Technical Skills
- ✓B.E., B.Tech, MCA degree or equivalent technical experience
- ✓0–2 years of industry experience supporting mission-critical software
- ✓Ability to quickly learn new technologies
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Customer-first mindset
- ✓Knowledge of Java, C++, Python, or Bash
- ✓Basic understanding of APIs, databases, or cloud technologies
- ✓Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus
- ✓Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, HTTP, REST APIs)
- ✓Strong Computer Science fundamentals (OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms)
- ✓Experience with Informatica products (PowerCenter, EDC, DQ, CDI, CAI, MDM, ILM) is a plus
- ✓Experience with AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or Gemini is a plus
