Requirements & Technical Skills
- ✓Educational Qualification: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree (B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative engineering field
- ✓Batch Year: Final-year or pre-final-year engineering students (Typically 2026/2027 batches)
- ✓Technical Skills: Basic hands-on programming proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, Go, JavaScript, or C++; understanding of web development frameworks (React/Node.js) depending on the track alignment
- ✓Core CS Concepts: Solid foundational command over Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), and basic database management systems (SQL/NoSQL)
- ✓Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving agility, high curiosity for fintech/wealth-tech infrastructures, and effective communication to operate within agile engineering sprints
