Requirements & Technical Skills
- ✓Educational Qualification: Any Graduation / Graduate Degree (B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc / MCA preferred)
- ✓Experience: 0 - 1 year of experience (Freshers are highly welcome)
- ✓Technical Skills: Foundational understanding of basic operating systems (Windows/Linux), basic networking configurations, and familiarity with cloud computing basics or software applications
- ✓Core Responsibilities: Monitor application performance, track system alerts, log technical incidents, and provide clear documentation for ticket resolution
