A casual, offline coding challenge for the Velonx community. Teams of 3-4 get printed code snippets with hidden bugs — first team to correctly spot AND verbally explain every bug wins the round. Three rounds, increasing difficulty, real VX coins on the line. No laptops needed, just sharp eyes and good vibes. Come debug, meet new people, and win swag store points.
Your Journey: Steps to Participation
Into a team of 3-4 (no self-selecting friend groups — teams are mixed by sticky-note color)
Each team gets a printed code snippet with 1-3 intentional bugs
Prepare a verbal explanation for the bug(s) — not just a guess
First team to raise their answer card gets first shot to explain
Correct + clear explanation = 3 VX coins, correct but shaky = 2 VX coins, another team can steal a missed bug for 1 poin
warm-up (easy), logic bugs (medium), real-world flavor (harder) — about 25 minutes total
