About the Role
HROne is hiring freshers for a Software Engineer Trainee role in its Platform Engineering team. The role offers a 6-month internship with hands-on exposure to backend development, APIs, databases, testing, CI/CD, and real product engineering. Based on performance, the internship can lead to a full-time Software Engineer opportunity with a stated package of ₹5 LPA
Requirements & Technical Skills
- ✓B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent field
- ✓Freshers / 0–1 years of experience
- ✓2025 / 2026 / 2027 pass-outs
- ✓Strong knowledge of Python
- ✓Knowledge of MongoDB
- ✓Understanding of APIs, databases, data structures and basic algorithms
- ✓Problem-solving and analytical skills
- ✓Good written communication
- ✓Curious, self-driven and comfortable with learning
