About the Role
Harmonic is hiring an Associate SW Development Engineer to join its Broadband Devices Team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will develop embedded software features, collaborate with hardware teams, troubleshoot complex system-level issues, and contribute to next-generation broadband networking solutions. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates passionate about Embedded Systems, Networking, and C/C++ development.
Requirements & Technical Skills
- ✓B.E. in Electronics & Communication or Computer Science
- ✓Minimum 85% marks or 8.5 CGPA
- ✓No current backlogs, no repeat year, and no study gaps
- ✓Strong programming skills in C/C++
- ✓Knowledge of Layer 2/Layer 3 networking protocols
- ✓Linux knowledge is an advantage
- ✓Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Bash is a plus
- ✓Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ✓Fluent in written and spoken English
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
