About the Role
Join GE HealthCare as a Data Science Specialist and help build AI-powered solutions that transform healthcare engineering. You'll work with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to develop intelligent applications that improve engineering productivity, product quality, regulatory compliance, and patient outcomes. You'll collaborate with AI Scientists, Software Engineers, Systems Engineers, and domain experts to create next-generation healthcare technologies.
Requirements & Technical Skills
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related STEM field
- ✓0-2 years of experience in AI, Data Science, Analytics, or Software Engineering
- ✓Strong programming skills in Python
- ✓Knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- ✓Understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals
- ✓Knowledge of Statistics and Probability
- ✓Strong Data Structures and Algorithms fundamentals
- ✓Knowledge of SQL and data manipulation
- ✓Exposure to Generative AI and LLM frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Ability to work in a collaborative environment
