About the Role
Join the Support Success Organization as an Associate Technical Support Engineer. In this role, you'll troubleshoot customer issues, diagnose product bugs, collaborate with engineering teams, document solutions, and ensure customer success with Informatica products. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals passionate about technical support and enterprise software.
Requirements & Technical Skills
- ✓B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent technical qualification
- ✓0-2 years of experience in technical support or software engineering
- ✓Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication
- ✓Knowledge of Java, Python, C++ or Bash
- ✓Understanding of APIs, Databases and Cloud Technologies
- ✓Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Angular/Vue is a plus)
- ✓Understanding of Networking (DNS, HTTP, REST APIs)
- ✓Strong Computer Science fundamentals
- ✓Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- ✓Customer-first mindset
- ✓Experience with Informatica products is a plus
- ✓Experience using GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code or Gemini is a plus
