About the Role
Red Hat is looking for a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Intern to join its engineering team in Pune. As an SRE Intern, you will work on building and maintaining reliable, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure. You'll collaborate with experienced engineers to automate operational tasks, monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and improve platform performance using modern DevOps and cloud technologies.
Requirements & Technical Skills
- ✓Currently pursuing B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- ✓Expected graduation in 2027
- ✓Good programming skills in Python, Go, Java, C, or C++
- ✓Basic understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems
- ✓Knowledge of Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- ✓Understanding of Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Docker
- ✓Familiarity with Git and version control
- ✓Basic knowledge of CI/CD concepts
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Good communication and teamwork skills
- ✓Passion for DevOps, Cloud Computing, and Site Reliability Engineering
